Made in Australia, for the people who run community sport.
Perch HQ is made by Aussify IT. We built it for the volunteers who keep community sport going: the league secretary answering email after the kids are in bed, the treasurer at the kitchen table, the president who also runs the canteen.
01 Why we made it
One request, every club, one board.
Community clubs run on volunteers, and volunteers run on spare minutes. A league secretary who needs the same answer from every club sends one request in Perch HQ and sees every answer arrive on one board.
Around that sits a complete back office for each club: the members, the rosters, the registers, the minutes, the money and the website, in the same place the league already works.
It works alongside PlayHQ. PlayHQ keeps registrations, fixtures and results, and Perch HQ does everything else a committee does.
02 The minute book and the scoreboard
Every club lives in two registers.
The formality of the record: minutes, motions carried, registers and the honour board. And the life of the season: game day, the rosters and the count night. Perch HQ keeps both, in plain words, with every number where you expect it.
